Rachel Judd
Rachel is pursuing a doctorate in agricultural economics at Texas A&M University, where her research interests focus on water quality and availability in both agricultural and urban contexts.
Rachel received a bachelor’s degree in economics from Louisiana Tech University. Following graduation, Rachel spent several years gaining valuable experience as a financial administrator in the District Attorney’s Office. Driven by a passion for economics and its practical applications, Rachel furthered her education by earning a master’s degree in agricultural and applied economics from the University of Georgia.
