Crystal Corrilo
Crystal Corrilo is the North American soybean trading manager for Bunge, a global agribusiness leader in delivering food, feed, and fuel to customers around the world. Her responsibilities include creating and executing risk management strategies for the company’s North American soybean value chain. As a trading manager, she works with other origin trade managers on global soybean price discovery and commodity flow management for destination markets in Europe, Middle East, and China. Additionally, Crystal trains and mentors junior traders while leading a team of direct reports focused on domestic and export contract management and logistics.
As the daughter of immigrants, Crystal learned the value of hard work and determination from her parents as they worked to provide for her family. This led to much success with education, including receiving a full scholarship to Dartmouth College. Crystal joined Bunge in 2011 as a trading trainee affording her the opportunity to work in a mix of regional and global trading offices, processing plants, and grain elevators. After successfully completing the trainee program, she held several trading roles with corn and rice before joining the bean value chain. This mix of experience combined with her trade portfolio accomplishments has made her one of the company’s top trade commodity trading managers.
Crystal represents Bunge at industry events including National Grain and Feed Association, U.S. Soybean Export Council, and U.S Rice Producers Association /USA Rice Federation. As a respected industry trader, she is often asked to attend various risk management conferences with fund and brokerage companies. With a passion for providing guidance to minorities, Crystal volunteers with Minorities in Agriculture, Natural Resources, and Related Sciences (MANRRS) career development events.
Crystal graduated from Dartmouth College with a B.A. in economics. She is based out of Bunge’s global headquarters in Chesterfield, MO.
