Molly Grotjan

Molly Grotjan currently resides in Dubuque, IA and works for John Deere as a Supply Management Specialist supporting the Construction & Forestry Division. She is currently pursuing her MBA part-time in Strategy and Marketing at the Northwestern University Kellogg School of Management.

Molly graduated from Purdue University with a Bachelor of Science in Agribusiness and minors in supply chain management technology, communication, and global food and agriculture systems. Molly received the Emerging Women in Agriculture Leadership Award in 2021, which recognizes the accomplishments of a high school or undergraduate student who has made a positive impact on agriculture.

In addition, she serves on the Purdue University Young Alumni Student Life Advisory Board and as a Kellogg Evening & Weekend Student Ambassador. In her free time, she enjoys reading, spending time with friends and family, learning how to make and perfect sourdough bread, cheering on Purdue Men’s Basketball, and exploring local farmer’s markets on the weekends.
