Public Issues Education: Increasing Competence, Enabling Communities

This publication was designed to strengthen the capacity of Extension educators, administrators and others to provide education on emerging public issues. It is intended to guide development of materials and programs for training Extension professions in public issues education. The National Public Policy Education Committee’s Public Issues Education Competencies Task Force prepared the booklet, with financial support from Farm Foundation and the Innovations Fund of USDA-CSREES.
