Constance Cullman, President
Constance Cullman was named President of Farm Foundation, NFP in June 2016. She succeeds Neil Conklin, who retired after serving as President since 2008. Prior to joining Farm Foundation, Cullman was U.S. Government Affairs Leader with Dow AgroSciences. She previously worked at the Corn Refiners Association, Foreign Agricultural Service of the U.S. Department of Agriculture, Ohio Farm Bureau Federation, and the Ohio State University College of Food, Agricultural and Environmental Sciences. Cullman is a graduate of Ohio State, earning her bachelor’s degree in agricultural economics, and a master’s degree in agricultural economics with an emphasis on international trade and agricultural policy.

Mary Thompson, Vice President, Communications and Operations
Mary Thompson joined the Farm Foundation, NFP staff in July 2002. Prior to that she was on the staff of Farm Journal, where she was business editor for 11 years. She has 18 years of journalism experience with local and regional newspapers and agricultural publications. Thompson earned a bachelor of science degree in journalism at Iowa State University, and has done graduate studies at the University of Pennsylvania. Her professional work has received regional and national recognition.

Tim Brennan, Director of Development
Tim Brennan joined the Farm Foundation, NFP staff in May 2013 as Director of Development. Brennan has 20 years of experience as a fundraiser, with the bulk of his career in higher education fundraising. He formerly served as the Associate Director of Alumni Relations for the University of Chicago’s Graduate School of Business, now the Booth School of Business. He served as the Director of Alumni Relations and Marketing for Northwestern University’s School of Law, before returning to the University of Chicago as Executive Director of the Chicago Society and Director of Development at the Law School. Brennan later became the Senior Director of Alumni and Constituent Relations at the University. Most recently, he has been working on several consulting projects, including capital campaign planning and interim executive leadership with Chicago and international nonprofits. He earned a bachelor of arts degree at Westminster College, New Wilmington, PA.

David Shamsi, Finance and Project Manager
David Shamsi joined the Farm Foundation, NFP staff in April 2015 as Finance and Project Manager. A Certified Public Accountant, Shamsi previously served as Controller of Associated Talmud Torahs of Chicago, an umbrella organization serving 10 private schools. He also completed an internship at Parente Randolph of Philadelphia, PA, a forensic accounting firm. Shamsi earned his bachelor's degree at Drexel University, and did graduate studies at the Rabbinical Academy, Woodmere, NY, and Jerusalem, Israel.

Vicki Liszewski, Operations Manager
Vicki Liszewski joined the Farm Foundation, NFP staff in 2005. Her primary responsibility at the Foundation is managing office operations. She also provides financial recordkeeping, support to senior staff and IT support. Liszewski came to Farm Foundation, NFP from a software firm where she was office manager and bookkeeper. She spent the previous 13 years with the firm’s parent company as Art Director designing and editing web sites, software manuals and corporate print material. Prior to that, she spent many years as a graphic designer and taught high school and elementary art. She received a B.S.E. degree in art from the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater with K-12 certification.

Morgan Craven, Events Manager
Before joining the Farm Foundation team in the fall of 2015, Morgan served as the Conference and Events Manager at Trinity Christian College in Palos Heights, IL. Morgan also worked as a premium hospitality game day staff member for the Chicago Bears. Morgan earned a BA from the University of North Carolina at Wilmington, in recreation, sports leadership and tourism management.
