Jayson Lusk

Jayson Lusk is Vice President and Dean of the Division of Agricultural Sciences and Natural Resources at Oklahoma State University, overseeing the Ferguson College of Agriculture, OSU Extension and OSU Ag Research. Previously, he served as Distinguished Professor and Head of Agricultural Economics at Purdue University. A nationally recognized food and agricultural economist, Lusk’s research focuses on consumer food choices and food systems. He is a fellow and past president of the Agricultural and Applied Economics Association and has testified before Congress and advised the National Academies of Sciences, Engineering, and Medicine.
