Helping more people understand why Farm Foundation matters is at the center of Jordyn Landberg’s work. As Director of Marketing and Communications, she shapes the organization’s voice, brand, and strategic communications, ensuring its ideas, research, programs, and people reach the audiences who can learn from them, engage with them, and put them into action.

With more than two decades of experience leading communications for nonprofit and philanthropic organizations, Jordyn specializes in brand strategy, organizational positioning, and mission-driven storytelling. She works across the organization to strengthen Farm Foundation’s reputation as a trusted leader in food and agriculture, helping more people understand its role in advancing the future of the sector.

Growing up in a rural farming community in northeast Indiana as the daughter of a third-generation agribusiness owner, Jordyn experienced firsthand how a strong agricultural economy creates opportunities for families, businesses, and entire communities to thrive. That perspective continues to shape her belief that rural communities deserve investment, innovation, and strong leadership.

Jordyn lives with her family in Lake County, Illinois, just minutes from the Farm Foundation Campus. Outside of work, she enjoys getting lost in a good story through books, music, television, and film, and has a special love for all things Halloween. Each fall, her family creates a haunted walkthrough for their neighborhood, a tradition that has become a community favorite.

She works to make the Foundation’s research accessible to the farmers, partners, and policymakers who can put it to use.
