Kristin Kroepfl

Kristin Kroepfl is Senior Vice President and Chief Marketing Officer for Food Lion, part of Ahold Delhaize’s global retail organization. Her career spans marketing, sales, innovation and commercial leadership across the food and consumer products industries. Previously, she held senior roles with Quaker Foods and PepsiCo, Kellogg’s, Kilcoy Foods, Rupari Foods and Hillshire Brands/Tyson. Kroepfl brings extensive experience across food manufacturing, consumer brands and retail. She earned her bachelor’s degree from the University of Notre Dame and an MBA from the University of Michigan Ross School of Business.
