Keeping an organization running smoothly takes thoughtful coordination, strong relationships, and a genuine desire to help others succeed. As Administrative Associate, Liz Wilkin helps create the foundation that allows Farm Foundation’s staff, leadership, and Board of Directors to stay focused on advancing meaningful work across food and agriculture. Her behind-the-scenes support keeps day-to-day operations moving while helping the organization serve its partners, stakeholders, and community with care and consistency.

Known for her ability to connect with people, Liz enjoys bringing order to busy days and making sure others have what they need to do their best work. Whether supporting internal operations or assisting Board activities, she approaches every interaction with warmth, reliability, and a collaborative spirit that reflects Farm Foundation’s welcoming culture.

What motivates Liz most is knowing that her work contributes to a healthier, more resilient agricultural future. She values being part of an organization that brings people together to strengthen the industry and create opportunities that benefit farmers, communities, and the food system.

Outside of work, Liz enjoys traveling with her family in search of scenic hiking trails and discovering the local restaurants that make each destination unique.
