Michael Doane

Michael Doane is Owner and Operator of Doane Family Farms in Missouri, bringing decades of experience across production agriculture, sustainability, conservation and agribusiness. Previously, he served as Global Managing Director for The Nature Conservancy and as Chief Commercial Officer at regenerative agriculture company Regenified. Earlier roles included Director of Sustainable Business Solutions at Monsanto and Executive Director of the Kansas Association of Wheat Growers. His career combines firsthand farming experience with leadership across industry, conservation and agricultural policy.
