Wyatt’s Bio

Helping beginning farmers succeed takes more than good information—it requires building a community where people can learn from one another and access the right resources at the right time. As FarmPath Program Intern, Wyatt Dozier helps create that experience by connecting participants with practical tools, fostering engagement within the FarmPath community, and identifying partnerships that strengthen the program for aspiring farmers across the country.

Wyatt’s background brings together agricultural education, conservation, agricultural technology, and nonprofit food systems. A graduate of the University of Illinois with a degree in Agricultural Education, he combines technical knowledge with a strong understanding of the challenges new farmers face. His work helps ensure FarmPath continues to evolve alongside the needs of its participants, creating a more valuable experience for every cohort.

Wyatt is motivated by a belief that caring for the land and supporting the people who steward it go hand in hand. He enjoys helping connect farmers with the knowledge, networks, and resources they need to build resilient, sustainable operations for generations to come.

Outside of Farm Foundation, Wyatt is an active musician who plays tuba, bass, and trombone in several bands throughout the Chicago area.
